1 John 4:19 We love him, because he first loved us.

God love us first and we need to love him in return.  How do we love God?  We first need to know God, how can we love something or someone whom we do not know?  By examining God's love for us, we will increase in our love for him.  This is why it is said that we love him, because he first loves us.  We love him for loving us.  As we search out to understand His love for us, our love for him will grown until we are filled!

No great love is there then God's love for us.  May we understand his love and love him more.
