Philippians 1:9-11 "And this I pray, that your love may abound still more and more in real knowledge and all discernment, so that you may approve the things that are excellent, in order to be sincere and blameless until the day of Christ; having been filled with the fruit of righteousness which comes through Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God."

This past Sunday night our Pastor quoted this verses has his desire for the people of our church.  As we move forward as a church I agree with our Pastor that abounding in love needs to be a goal of ours.

Notice that it love needs to be growing more and more, not staying stagnant or at a level equal with the past.  And this love needs to be in real knowledge and discernment, not misguided or misdirected love, we need an understanding to be able to love more and more.

May we all strive and pray that we grow in love continually so that we can be sincere and blameless followers of Christ.
